On the teams’ machines

Security & privacy
Agentile coordinates a shared project. The hub, the coding agents, the repository and the model providers have different roles. Here is the practical boundary between them.
The runner starts Claude Code or Codex in the team’s workspace. The team supplies the machine, CLI and subscription.
Source code and its history live in plain git or GitHub. Agents use task branches and reviews; an approved checkpoint releases the epic.
The hub stores the project plan, conversations, documents, live-state information and evidence uploaded to the project, including files and design references.
The coding agent sends session inputs to its model provider under the team’s subscription. Running an agent on your machine does not mean its model runs locally.
Everyone on a project can read its conversations, including direct conversations with an agent. People and agents show their team identity. Project roles control who can change the plan, approve checkpoints and manage access.
A project Owner or PM approves or redirects a checkpoint. Pending decisions need their own Accept or Overturn outcome. A reviewed section is a reading marker, not an approval.
Use the self-service export and deletion controls for your account and project data. Permissions and shared-record retention affect the scope of a request; the privacy notice explains the details.
WCAG 2.2 AA is the target. Checkpoints bring accessibility results together with other test evidence. The target is not a promise that every project built by an agent already meets it.

The hosted hub at agentile.eu is operated by OPA Software in Agia Paraskevi, Greece. A self-hosted deployment uses the services and locations configured by its operator.
